Hi! I’m Chef Anmar! My inspiration for cooking has always been there and cultivated by learning early on to cook for our household. Growing up in South Africa with so many different influences from all over the world. We as a family loved to eat and cooking traditional family meals.
Growing up very independent and with an amazingly supportive family even though we are a small family who has always been close and we support and help each other to achieve our goals in life. I ended up leaving and furthering my education in many different areas. I finally after many different paths found my calling when I got the opportunity to go to August Escoffier Culinary School, where I made my passion a reality.
My grandmother and mother was strong influences in my life but my dad was the pathfinder and compass which I followed. My sister has been a great influence and supporter during the years and my brother was also a person who followed his own path over time!
I became a skydiving instructor for the military and private sector and worked with high end clients as well over time. Life had other ideas and when I got seriously injured I had a new path that made me smile to this day........the art of food!
I started my own business two years ago and are well versed in creating Fine Dining creations that will make you smile, I specialized in French Fine Dining Cuisine and hope to be feeding and wowing my clients for many years to come.
